Five talented marketing professionals with diverse
gifts and experiences comprise the Marketing Steering Committee.
Meet the UWEBC Marketing Steering Committee: five accomplished marketing experts from member companies spanning a variety of industries. The committee will assist with direction and content for Web & Multichannel Marketing meetings throughout 2013.
Julie is the Digital Customer Conversion Manager at Assurant
Health. Previously, she directed the eCommerce merchandising effort at BMO Financial Group.
She brings a unique perspective to the WMM Steering Committee, with more than 15 years of experience in interactive strategy,
consumer planning and development, and product marketing. She has a BA in Business Administration, Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
At J. J. Keller & Associates, Adrienne oversees all strategic marketing and online initiatives for the B2B company’s website, jjkeller.com, in addition
to leading the customer and market research functions.
"My involvement with the UWEBC dates back to 2001--since then the industry has seen incredible growth, as has the UWEBC. Personally I’ve changed employers twice during that time and my role has expanded to include areas in addition to E-Commerce responsibilities. I am participating on the WMM Steering Committee as a way to fully re-engage myself in the group and to meet more members." says Adrienne.
Prior to joining J. J. Keller in 2007,
Adrienne held Ecommerce management positions at Mason Companies and Lands' End. She has a BA Business Administration and MIS from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
“I am looking for best practices to introduce User Experience
best practices into our projects without big budget impact and am also looking for ways to integrate
the use of mobile devices within our normal business processes,” says Tammy.
As IT Manager – CBSI, she has broad experience across all aspects of IT with specialties in: process improvement, user centered design,
data visualization techniques, metrics and reporting, project and financial management.
Dustin is responsible for marketing intelligence for North America at CNH Capital. With a rich background in database marketing, digital marketing, customer behavior analytics and sales force effectiveness, he has a great deal of insight into the opportunities and challenges that come with multi-channel strategy.
Dustin believes that "keeping pace with the latest thoughts and technology in customer interaction is a must in today's rapidly evolving environment.”
That is why he made the decision to serve on the steering committee.
He has an MBA from Xavier University.
Kris is a senior marketing leader with proven ability to deliver desired marketing results across all aspects
of the marketing mix. With more than 20 years of experience, she is a seasoned project leader with recognized skill to motivate and lead successful cross-functional teams.
She has a BBA, Marketing from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a BA in General Studies, University of Wisconsin-Waukesha.
