On October 4 more than 660 marketing, IT and supply chain professionals gathered
for Wisconsin's premier thought-leadership event.

Erica Gruen is a renowned brand builder, marketer and digital-media thought leader. A principal with Quantum Media, Erica focuses on branding, marketing, digital media and advertising strategy for many of the world's largest companies. She is former President/CEO of The Food Network and FoodNetwork.com, the #1 site for food. As SVP and chief
new-media strategist of Saatchi & Saatchi during the 1990s, she launched the advertising giant's digital-marketing group, one of Madison Avenue's first. She holds an MS in educational psychology from UW-Madison and a BA with honors from University of Michigan. She will deliver the plenary keynote address and receive the UW E-Business Institute 2012 Distinguished Fellow Award.

Dr. Raj Veeramani is Robert Ratner Chair Professor at UW-Madison and Executive Director of the UW E-Business Consortium, the UW E-Business Institute, and the UW RFID Lab. He holds a dual appointment in the university's College of Engineering and Wisconsin School of Business. His expertise spans e-business strategy, supply chain management, IT business alignment and building customer-centered organizations. His work has embodied collaboration with companies in many industries, helping them develop e-business strategies and implementation roadmaps. He received his PhD and MS degrees in industrial engineering from Purdue University and a BS in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
