Supply Chain Management Peer Group
Next meeting June 25. Topic:
Selection and Use of Logistics Metrics
A growing number of companies are utilizing metrics and scorecards to try and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement across their logistics networks. However, as supply chains grow in size and complexity, so too grow the number and types of metrics that can be tracked and it becomes increasingly difficult to coordinate and obtain critical data in timely fashion. This meeting will cover strategies on how to go about sifting through and selecting the right logistics metrics and their deployment to realize benefits for your organization.
