E-Merchant Peer Group
The E-Merchant Peer Group is specifically for B2C or B2B companies (or their divisions) whose dominant share of product sales comes from online direct marketing. Attending companies share a similar business model, allowing for greater relevance/opportunity to share in-depth business processes and practices. As the arrangement allows for exchange of confidential business-performance, online-strategy and technology-investment benchmarking data, participation is by invitation only and limited to companies that satisfy the following criteria:
- B2C or B2B company whose dominant share of product sales comes from online direct-marketing
- Not a competitor of current participants of the E-Merchant PG
- Participation of a company in the E-Merchant PG will be contingent upon approval of current participants of the E-Merchant PG
