Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Peer GroupCustomer Relationship Management is a business strategy that leverages specific technologies, business processes, and a customer-centric culture to attract and retain profitable customers. Executing this strategy has proven to be more difficult than most companies anticipate. Fortunately, UWEBC has established a Peer Group to help our member companies sort out the complexities of CRM and focus on executing successful strategies.
To ensure that our member company representatives have the opportunity to truly collaborate with industry peers, we divided the CRM Peer Group into three sections. Each of these sections represent one of the three core pillars of CRM: Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales Operations.
