Description: A customer relationship management (CRM) tool can have an enormously positive effect on an organization's bottom line, but evidence shows that there are plenty of opportunities for success to be derailed during the tool's rollout. Getting CRM right usually entails a business-wide transformation requiring change in every aspect of a company. This is no easy feat. Statistics abound about the number of CRM initiatives that fail to deliver the promised benefits and ROI - estimates range from 30% to 80%. Avoiding a costly CRM mistake requires that an organization develop a solid implementation plan that addresses people, systems and processes. At this meeting, the presentations and discussion will center on practices member companies have followed to achieve success with CRM implementation.
