Creating A Leaner Supply Chain

In today's challenging economic environment, continuous improvement in all of a company's supply chain processes is more important than ever for survival and success. The mindset, methods and tools of Lean - originally conceived for the manufacturing floor - are just as powerful for improving other supply chain processes, such as procurement, warehousing and transportation.
